Zendaya and Tom Holland on Timothée Chalamet Joining the MCU
“I think he could be a friend of Spider-Man.”
Spider-Man: No Way Home remains a popular topic of conversation since hitting theaters last week, as fans anxiously wait for the next trilogy to come. In a recent interview, the movie’s stars Zendaya and Tom Holland spoke about the possibility of Timothée Chalamet joining the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) as a villain.
When asked about the Dune costar, Zendaya told AP Entertainment: “I don’t know… People want him to be Harry Osborn. I think he would be a good friend of Spider-Man.” Holland added that it could be fun to bring Chalamet in as a friend of Spider-Man that later becomes a villain. “He could be a villain. He’d be a good villain,” he said as the Euphoria actor points out that the idea is actually quite funny since “he’s such a nice bloke.”
