Dua Lipa Remixes Her Recent Album in Latest 'Club Future Nostalgia' Release
Featuring names like Madonna, Missy Elliott, Gwen Stefani, Mark Ronson and Yaeji.
Following her Future Nostalgia album that saw success on platforms like TikTok, Dua Lipa released a remix for “Levitating” with Madonna and Missy Elliott last week. As teased previously, the artist has now dropped an entire remixed album titled Club Future Nostalgia in collaboration with London-based DJ The Blessed Madonna. A collection of brand-new remixes and a star-studded lineup, Club Future Nostalgia was entirely curated into a mixtape format by The Blessed Madonna, and is a combination of ’90s-style house with 2020 pop and ’80s soul.
“The last few months have been surreal. I’ve watched you all dance in your homes and on your Zoom parties to Future Nostalgia like you were in the club with me,” Dua commented on her latest project. “During this time, I decided to take the party up a notch with the incomparable The Blessed Madonna, who secretly helped me to craft the mixtape that would become Club Future Nostalgia.” Having joined forces with Missy Elliott and Madonna for “Levitating,” the star has also teamed up with Gwen Stefani and Mark Ronson for “Physical.” Additional contributing musicians include Yaeji for a remix of “Don’t Start Now.”
You can listen to Club Future Nostalgia now over on streaming platforms like Spotify.
