Givenchy Names K-Pop Group aespa Brand Ambassadors
All four members of the group will be featured in key Givenchy collections.
All four members of K-pop group aespa have been named new brand ambassadors for Givenchy, marking another major move by Creative Director Matthew Williams, who joined the French fashion house in October 2020.
Throughout 2021, aespa group members Karina, Giselle, Winter and Ningning will be featured in key Givenchy collections and campaigns. The appointment of aespa as a whole — as opposed to an individual — is a novel move, proving the promising quartet is one to watch. “When I first saw aespa, I was overwhelmed by the energy each member had,” Williams told Korean outlet Soompi. “I felt that as a group and individually, Karina, Giselle, Winter and Ningning have strong individuality and style that naturally fit with Givenchy.”
