Rihanna
WHAT SHE WORE: Who says lingerie can only be worn inside the bedroom? Rihanna was seen stepping out earlier this week in a belted, tube jumpsuit, styled expertly with a brown lace bra from her highly-anticipated Savage X Fenty line. In true Bad Gal fashion, the singer accessorized her look with a ton of gold-tone jewelry from chunky hoop earrings to layered necklaces. Finally, she tied everything together with some on-trend micro-shades, a Balenciaga fanny pack, while sporting some simple, white kicks on her feet.
SHOP THE LOOK: Fans can expect to shop the RiRi-branded bra when Savage X Fenty officially launches online on May 11. The Balenciaga belt bag can be purchased at MATCHESFASHION for $2,204 USD.
CL
WHAT SHE WORE: Fluorescent colors aren’t the easiest colors to pull off, but CL made it work. The Korean superstar amped up her otherwise plain black outfit with some of the most head-turning pieces she could find in her closet. She complemented her electric green nails with a color-matching jacket from Columbia, while stomping on some hard-to-miss, neon pink heels from luxury footwear designer Giuseppe Zanotti. To top it all off, Chae-rin threw on a pair of ski goggle-style sunglasses — a trend that you’ll be seeing everywhere this summer.
SHOP THE LOOK: To replicate this outdoor-inspired ensemble, check out the sporty-chic Fenty PUMA Spring/Summer 2018 range. Stella McCartney has designed a similar eyewear style if you’re into the look of the sunglasses.
Solange
WHAT SHE WORE: Solange‘s silky two-piece is our ideal weekend outfit. The pyjama look has been trending in the last couple of years and is definitely here to stay this summer. Just put on the matching coordinates and call it a day. Easy breezy. Staying true to the casual-chic theme here, the “Cranes in the Sky” songstress completed her look with a pair of Reebok Instapump Fury in white and metallic gold.
SHOP THE LOOK: Make a statement in Gucci‘s silk pyjama set, available to shop at MATCHESFASHION. You can pick up the Instapump Fury in your size at Reebok’s website.
Beyoncé
WHAT SHE WORE: Beyoncé attended the Warriors Game in an all-white ensemble that’s effortlessly cool and approachable. She layered a long CALVIN KLEIN jacket on top of her deconstructed tank dress by Alexander Wang – a great styling technique for spring party looks. Keeping it classy, Queen Bey opted for some strappy heels from Saint Laurent, a mini handbag by STALVEY and a pair of classic Ray-Bans to finish off her look.
SHOP THE LOOK: The Alexander Wang dress is now available for $895 USD online. In case you’re wondering, the “White Alligator” bag retails at $11,500 USD and can be ordered at STALVEY’s website.
Bella Hadid
WHAT SHE WORE: Bella Hadid’s mini dress look is undoubtedly an instant summer favorite. The It-model’s vintage Chanel Mini Coco one-piece and classic Dr. Martens boots form an interesting juxtaposition that reflects the fluidity of her personal style. Of course, you can always expect to see the younger Hadid sister wearing a pair of mini sunglasses and extra-large hoop earrings, as she almost never leaves home without these fun accessories.
SHOP THE LOOK: Bella’s dress was purchased from Japanese retailer AMORE vintage TOKYO. While the item is currently sold-out, keep your eyes peeled for new vintage arrivals at the store.
Dua Lipa
WHAT SHE WORE: We love absolutely everything about Dua Lipa’s chic tourist outfit. During her recent visit to Hong Kong, the “One Kiss” artist explored the city in an eye-catching, orange tweed set by MSGM. She left the buttons of her flared skirt unbuttoned to reveal a pair of black bike shorts that’s worn underneath. To stay cool in the hot and humid metropolis, the singer was styled with nothing but a polka dotted bra beneath her jacket. A retro headband, gold chains and a girly handbag rounded off this summer-appropriate look.
SHOP THE LOOK: The MSGM skirt is retailing for $570 USD at the brand’s web store.
Winnie Harlow
WHAT SHE WORE: Model Winnie Harlow hit the court in a pink-on-pink ensemble that’s equal parts feminine and edgy. She bared her midriff sporting only a white lace bralette, but kept herself warm with a bubblegum pink puffer and some color-matching pants with silver chain details. She added some extra pops of color to the look by carrying the coveted Heron Preston x Off-White™ “COLLABORATION” bag, which is on-trend with its clear, PVC shell and Virgil Abloh‘s signature Industrial strap.
SHOP THE LOOK: The light pink cargo pants can be purchased from I.AM.GIA for $83 USD, while the bag is available for $983 USD at select stockists like KM20.
Rina Sawayama
WHAT SHE WORE: Rina Sawayama’s sense of style is just as playful and experimental as her music. The London-based, Japanese singer-songwriter headed to LA earlier this week for her U.S. mini tour, and the looks she wore certainly didn’t disappoint. One of our favorites was this white, vinyl apron dress from BROGNANO, which was styled with a sheer, organza shirt with puffy sleeves. Her icy blonde wig and and bleached eyebrows added a final touch to the statement-making outfit.
